I’m Eoin, born and bred in Ireland. The life of the Irish online is exciting – more Irish language communities and tools are appearing all the time. In addition, it’s being actively used in some of Ireland’s media such as TG4 including their WebTV, Raidió na Gaeltachta, Raidió na Life, Foinse weekly newspaper, Lá Nua daily newspaper, and radio shows on mainly English language stations such as Newstalk and Spin FM.
This site focuses on providing information on choosing an Irish dictionary. There’s a selection of both print and online Irish English dicitonaries. I also write on similar topics such as self-learning products, and the emergence of the language online.
