Irish Dictionary.ie never puts any contact details on its site, which I always found weird. How did you know where to send the email? Does anyoone have contact details for Irishdictionaary.ie because it really is the king of Irish dictionaries when it is working, but I often worder do they (or he, or she) even know when the site is down?

My heritage is Irish and I can't speak or understand the language. I want to be able to speak and understand Irish before I visit Ireland. I've tried books, but the pronunciation doesn't seem to be phonic. I speak German as well as English, but that doesn't help. I'm told I have language skills, but with Irish, I'm lost. Are there any CDs that can teach the pronunciation in realtion to the spelling?
